Email support@ironsage.app and include the email address you sign in with. You will usually get an answer within two working days.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account, or sign in at ironsage.app/account. This deletes all of your data and cannot be undone. Cancel an active subscription separately (see below).
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose IronSage.
Stop Apple Health access
Open the Settings app, then Health, Data Access & Devices, IronSage, and turn off the categories you no longer want to share.
Get a copy of your data
Email support@ironsage.app from the address you sign in with.
